            1978 to Present:           Health Management Systems, Montville, New Jersey, President, Chairman of the Board.  Health care management and consulting firm providing consultation to physicians, medical group practices, hospitals, governmental agencies, insurers and the health industry.  Lecturer, advisor, and manager providing a direction for health care service delivery

 

            1981 to 1993:              Consultant, Health Care Finance Administration, Baltimore, Maryland.

 

            1972 to 1978:              Advisor, Health Subcommittee, House Ways and Means Committee, House of Representatives, United States Congress.

 

            1970 to 1978:              Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Chief Operating Officer.  Non-profit general hospital and associated multispecialty medical group, regional dialysis center, cancer treatment center, community mental health center, digestive disease center and primary care programs.

 

            1967 to 1970:              Vassar Brothers Hospital, Poughkeepsie, New York, Assistant Administrator.  Non-profit general hospital.
